It includes a padding machine, a pre-drying machine, a high-temperature hot air tenter, a high-temperature baking machine, a flat washing machine, a single-column drum dryer, The cloth hot air tenter and the cloth in and out device are shown in Figure 9-16.
11 Padding machine
In order to make the resin evenly distributed in the fiber and make it contain a certain amount of resin, it is best to perform two padding and two padding on a two-roller during padding. The padding machine consists of two uniform rolling cars. The dry fabric is introduced into the uniform padding car from the cloth feeding frame and is padded with warm water or resin liquid (depending on the process). The pressure requirements are not high. The main purpose is to remove the air from the fabric and make the fabric evenly moistened or to pre-infiltrate a certain amount of resin into the fabric. The pressure of the second padding should be uniform to make the resin liquid on the fabric even and squeeze out the resin finishing liquid on the upper surface of the fabric.
Generally, the rolling tank should be in a “V” shape. The solution in the small-capacity rolling tank can be updated quickly, which can avoid agglomeration of the initial shrinkage solution.
21 Pre-dryer
In addition to part of the solution carried by the fabric after padding penetrating into the interior of the fiber, most of it exists in the capillary tubes between the fiber surface and the spinning yarn. When pre-baking causes the water on the surface of the fabric to evaporate, the surface concentration increases to form a concentration gradient, which is conducive to the diffusion of the initial shrinkage molecules of the resin into the interior. In addition, pre-baking also reduces the burden during baking. In order to prevent the initial shrinkage of the resin from migrating and producing surface resin, the cross-fabric guide roller hot air dryer, pin-type hot air tenter or infrared pre-drying machine is commonly used for pre-drying. Short-ring dryers can also be used for pre-drying. .
The pre-drying temperature is 80~100℃, and the liquid content of the fabric after pre-drying is about 30%.
31 High-temperature hot air tenter
Commonly used cloth and pin clip type dual-purpose hot air tenter. The fabric is over-fed, the drying room temperature is 150°C, and a cooling device is installed at the outlet.
41 High Temperature Baking Machine
Baking equipment includes hanging (long ring, short ring) baking machines, guide roller baking machines, winding baking machines, etc. The temperature of the drying room is 140~180℃, and there are cold water rollers to cool the fabric after leaving the drying room.
