Use of electronic jacquard device

Taking GT511 and GT511-Ⅱ electronic jacquard device as an example, the use of electronic jacquard device is introduced.
(1) Do not turn the jacquard device when tension is not applied to the healds.
(2) Do not turn the jacquard device without removing the shipping brake lever of the pulley.
(3) Before turning on the main switch, make sure that all solenoid valve plates are correctly installed. If there is a problem with the installation, it may cause serious damage to the jacquard device.
(4) After turning off the power of the jacquard device and the loom, due to the unbalanced load acting on the jacquard device, the jacquard device simply flips (rotates). Before performing any maintenance, adjustment or lubrication work on the jacquard device, be sure to fix the positioning pin or bracket on the lifting arm to lock the position of the jacquard device.
(5) If the voltage fluctuation of the main power supply exceeds ±15%, the user needs to take effective measures to improve the stability of the power supply and ensure that the voltage fluctuation is within ±15%.
(6) Heald load-bearing: In order to ensure the normal operation of the jacquard device, the load regulations of the following reeds must be followed.
The minimum net load of each jacquard device reed at the bottom shed is: 1.96N (the net load of the reed is equal to the upward effect of the heald spring/elastic tension at the bottom shed plus the warp tension).
The maximum net load of each jacquard device reed at the top shed is 11.76N (the reed net load is equal to the heald at the bottom shed
The downward effect of the spring/elastic tension plus the warp tension) .
The minimum load of each heald of the jacquard device varies according to the weaving conditions, and is affected by the type of cotton yarn and the density of the healds. It is the responsibility of the heald supplier to ensure that the light load matches the fabric being weaved.
Adjusting the warp tension will affect the net load of the reed accordingly. The specified maximum and minimum values must remain unchanged.
(7) To facilitate transportation, the gearbox and gear oil are transported separately. Do not forget to add gear oil after installing the gear box. The oil volume is approximately 2.5L.
During the initial operation stage of the gear, the surface temperature of the gear box can reach 100°C. This temperature will drop to the normal operating temperature of 40 to 50°C.
(8) When weaving with conductive or abrasive fibers, such as carbon or glass fibers, an appropriate air extraction system must be used to ensure that the fibers do not enter the jacquard device or its power box.
Conductive fibers and abrasive fibers can cause extensive damage to most parts of the jacquard device.
(9) Installation and operation
When installing and operating the jacquard device, technicians must follow all work practices and procedures. Wear safety glasses when drilling holes to secure cables. Ear protection should be worn when working near running looms and jacquard equipment. Do not stand on any part of the jacquard unit or manipulator. If proper lighting is not available, use viewing lights if necessary.
