Suitable weaving varieties: This machine can weave cotton, wool, linen, silk and other natural fiber fabrics, as well as viscose fiber and synthetic fiber fabrics. It can be adapted to light, thin, medium and thick fabrics. It is widely used in the production of workwear fabrics, decoration, and weaving of industrial fabrics. Frame: This machine adopts reinforced casting wall panels, the main beam and round beam have large cross-sections, and the frame has high stability. Shedding mechanism: It can be equipped with mechanical dobby or electronic dobby, which is installed under the left hand. The number of heald frame pages is up to 20. It can also be equipped with cam shedding or jacquard shedding device. The cam opening box is installed on the lower left side of the outside of the wall panel, and the oil bath cam box is equipped with a spring return heald. The weft insertion mechanism adopts a conjugate cam, which drives the rapier wheel through four connecting rods, sector gears, and bevel gears. Coiling mechanism: Positive continuous coiling, using gears to change the weft density, the weft density is accurate and will not change. The take-up and warp let-off linkage method is adopted, and is coordinated with the weft search mechanism. The weft yarn supply method uses a separate electronic weft feeder to realize continuous unwinding of the weft yarn package. Weft yarn color selection device adopts electromagnetic color selection device controlled by PLC programmable controller, which can be equipped with 4 colors or 8 colors. Automatic weft search mode: It has automatic weft search and anti-weft gear functions. The number of automatic reverse turns of the dobby or cam shedding mechanism can be set as needed. Weft breaking automatic stopping method adopts piezoelectric ceramic electronic sensing technology.
