1. Finishing machine for knitted fabrics
The organizational structure of cotton knitted fabrics is different from that of woven fabrics. It has certain elasticity and is easy to deform. Therefore, when finishing, you should start from the natural color of the knitted fabric, the finishing mechanism, and the finishing mechanism. Process conditions and silk finishing additives must be considered to obtain the best results.
When finishing knitted fabrics, there are cylindrical and open-width shapes, so there are two types of yarn finishing machines. Here we introduce the cylindrical knitted fabric yarn finishing machine. As shown in Figure 6-34.
(1) Fabric feeding device: The fabric feeding device has two sets of annular fabric guides, which can adjust the width of open knitted fabrics. It has the functions of expanding, removing wrinkles and flattening.
(2) Padding alkali solution device: It consists of three caustic soda solution padding tanks. After the fabric is impregnated with alkali solution, it is blown into an “air drum” shape by compressed air, which can increase the tension of the fabric and remove the tension during padding. Side wrinkles and rope creases during front finishing.
(3) Transverse shrinkage expansion and alkali removal device: The knitted fabric is first prevented from lateral shrinkage by friction resistance under the action of five 300mm stainless steel porous hollow rollers, and then placed in a station-type cylindrical expansion device with adjustable diameter. on the frame.
The cylindrical knitted fabric runs outside the expander from bottom to top. There are two annular spray pipes outside the expander to spray 70-80℃ light alkali solution to the knitted fabrics. After the knitted fabrics are rolled, they are inflated to form an air drum to spray hot light alkali liquid to remove the alkali rolling liquid. Then enter the water washing cloth discharging device.
2. Spinning yarn finishing machine
Spinning yarn finishing machines include hank yarn finishing machines, jet type hank yarn finishing machines, etc. The hank yarn finishing machine is divided into two arms type hank yarn finishing machine and rotary type hank yarn finishing machine.
(1) Double-arm type hank yarn finishing machine: Double-arm type hank yarn finishing machine can be divided into two types: semi-automatic and automatic.
The automatic double-arm type skein yarn finishing machine is equipped with two pairs of yarn setting rollers, which are installed on the left and right sides of the fuselage respectively. The distance between the yarn rollers and the alternating rotation can be adjusted freely. There is a roller in the middle of each pair of yarn covering rollers, and a hard rubber roller is provided on it, which is used to remove the alkali solution on the skein and assist the alkali solution to penetrate into the cotton fiber. The roller can rise and fall freely and is pressurized by an oil pump. Each pair of yarn-covering rollers is provided with an alkali-holding tray and a water-holding tray below. The alkali holding tray is used to hold the alkali liquid after the silk is finished, and can rise and fall freely; the water holding tray is used to bear the residual alkali liquid after washing, can move freely, and is connected to the residual alkali liquid storage tank. There are two water spray pipes on or in the middle of the yarn roller, which are used to flush the alkali solution on the skein. The opening and closing of the water spray pipe can be automatically controlled. Semi-automatic double-arm skein yarn finishing machine, only the distance between the yarn rollers and the lifting and lowering of the alkali plate can be automatically controlled. The structural diagram of the double-arm type hank yarn machine is shown in Figure 6-35.
When the automatic double-arm skein yarn finishing machine operates, first fill the yarn finishing liquid that has been prepared in advance and cooled to a certain temperature. Place in alkaline dish. Put a certain amount of skeins prepared in advance on the roller, start the yarn finishing machine, and the roller will be opened to the set distance. When the alkali plate rises, the spinning yarn will be immersed in the yarn finishing alkali solution. At this time, the roller continues to rotate, the spinning yarn also rotates, and the direction is alternately changed. During this process, the roller tension is slightly relaxed at first, and then restored to the original tension. The roller presses on a roller with the required pressure. After 1 minute of clockwise rotation and 1 minute of reverse rotation, the roller stops exerting pressure and the alkali plate descends at the same time. When the water pan moves directly below the roller, the water spray pipe begins to spray warm water, and the roller resumes pressure at the same time. After a certain period of water spray flushing, the water spray pipe stops spraying water, the roller stops applying pressure, and the roller stops rotating. At the same time, the water plate moves away and the rollers approach each other. Remove the skein from the roller and carry out pickling and water washing.
(2) Rotary hank yarn finishing machine: The rotary hank yarn finishing machine is equipped with eight pairs of yarn setting rollers, which are radially installed on the rotary device in the center of the fuselage, as shown in Figure 6-36 .
The distance and steering between the yarn rollers can be adjusted freely. Eight pairs of yarn covering rollers occupy eight positions. Except for the pair of yarn covering rollers at position 1, there are alkali holding trays and water holding trays under each pair of yarn covering rollers. 2, 3, and 4 are the alkali soaking parts, each equipped with an alkali holding tray.
There is a liquid squeezing roller in the liquid squeezing part of 5 to remove excess alkali liquid. 6, 7, and 8 are the water washing parts, each equipped with a water spray pipe, a roller and a water tray. The alkali holding tray can automatically rise and fall, and the water holding tray is connected to the residual alkali storage tank. The roller is made of hard rubber, is pressurized by an oil pump, and can rise and fall freely. The entire rotary device, the distance between the yarn rollers, the alternating change of steering, the lifting and lowering of the alkali plate, the lifting and lowering of the rollers, and the opening and closing of the water spray pipe can all be controlled automatically.
When operating the rotary skein yarn finishing machine, first put the yarn finishing liquid that has been prepared in advance and frozen to a certain temperature in the alkali trays at positions 2, 3, and 4. Place the pre-planned skein on the roller at position 1. When the yarn finishing machine is started, the rollers will be stretched to the set distance, and the rotary device will start at the same time. The roller rotates from position 1 to position 2, and the alkali plate at position 2 rises. The spinning yarn is immersed in the silk finishing liquid, rotates on the roller, and the direction is alternately changed.
After a certain period of processing, the roller rotates from position 2 to position 3, and the alkali dipping is performed in the same way (the roller tension is slightly relaxed at this time). The roller rotates from position 3 to position 4, and is soaked in alkali in the same way (at this time the roller returns to its original tension). The roller is made ofTurn position 4 to position 5, and the roller presses on one roller with the required pressure to squeeze liquid. After a certain period of rolling, the roller stops applying pressure, the roller rotates from position 5 to position 6, and the water spray pipe is opened for water washing. After a period of cleaning, the water pipe stopped spraying water. The roller rotates from position 6 to position 7, and warm water pad washing is performed in the same way. The roller rotates from position 7 to position 8, and cold water pad washing is performed in the same way. The rollers rotate from position 8 to position 1, and the rollers stop rotating and approach each other. Remove the skein from the roller and carry out pickling and water washing.
